Emmerdale’s Moira Dingle’s health has taken a turn for the worse and fans ‘know’ what is really wrong with her

Emmerdale’s Moira Dingle has sparked concern from fans after suffering a health scare – and fans ‘know’ exactly what’s wrong with her.

The soap legend, played by Natalie J. Robb, first set foot in the famous Dales way back in 2009. Since then, the beloved character has become a firm favourite with the show’s loyal legion of viewers.

Moira has had many ups and downs during her time on the soap too, including marrying into the Dingle clan and her beloved daughter overdosing on drugs.

What’s more, over in the famous village last year, Moira was given the life-changing news that she had a brain tumour, after she started having memory lapses, mood swings and seizures.

She ended up having surgery in November to remove the tumour, and samples were also sent to be tested to find out if she needed any more treatment. In December, Moira received the follow-up results from the hospital, confirming she was fine.

Since then, Moira has managed to make a recovery. However, the drama hasn’t stopped for the Dingles though. Recently, Moira’s husband Cain (Jeff Hordley) found out son Nate (Jurrell Carter) was murdered by John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth).

Hell-bent on getting his revenge, Cain left the village last week and headed to France to track down killer John, who is currently on the run. As a result, mum-of-two Moira has been left juggling home life and working at Butlers Farm, to try and keep the business from collapsing after a difficult year.

In Friday’s Emmerdale episode (October 10) though, as Moira got to work while out on the field, she started struggling to breathe and then collapsed the ground. Moira’s son Matty (Ash Palmisciano) saw and ran over to help, terrified over his mum’s health.

Later Moira reassured Matty and said that she is just exhausted and feeling under the weather. But now, fans can’t help but think a heartbreaking health twist is ahead as they have ‘worked out’ what is really wrong with Moira. On an Emmerdale Facebook fan page, one person said: “Is Moira getting ill again?”

Someone else added: “Probably something to do with her brain tumour.”

A third chimed in: “I said the same, I don’t think she’s just overworked.” A fourth mused: “Killing her off then?” Another penned: “Oh Moira,” along with a crying face emoji.
