Emmerdale Kerry Wyatt actress ‘wouldn’t change a thing’ in tribute to co-star fiancé
The loved-up couple are celebrating a milestone in their relationship after meeting on set of the ITV soap
Emmerdale star Laura Norton has shared a sweet tribute to her soap star fiancé as they celebrate 10 years together.

Laura, 42, joined the ITV soap in 2012 and took on the role of Kerry Wyatt, the estranged mother of Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson). Her character left the Dales in 2022 to work on a cruise ship after struggling to cope with the death of her partner Al Chapman (Michael Wildman).

In real life, Laura took the 16-month absence for maternity leave. Meanwhile, Laura’s fiancé, Mark Jordon, 60, arrived in the Dales in 2014 as Daz Spencer.

Emmerdale: Harry revealed as Chloe’s dad
After meeting on the set of the ITV soap, the couple started dating in 2015. Mark left the soap in 2019, making a brief appearance in December 2024. Laura and Mark share two children together, their son Jesse and daughter Ronnie.

Mark also shares two children, Poppy and Joseph, with his ex-wife, Siobhan Finneran.
Taking to Instagram, Laura has paid a sweet tribute to Mark as they celebrate 10 years together.
Sharing a string of photos together, the soap star wrote in the caption: “20 pictures for 10 ridiculously glorious years.
“Wouldn’t change a thing. What a wild ride @markjordondad.”

Emmerdale stars added their well-wishes to the comments section with Ruby Miligan star Beth Cordingly, writing: “You’re so beautiful. What fabulous pictures. Happy anniversary. Here’s to ten fabulous more X.”
Andy Sugden actor Kelvin Fletcher added a string of love hearts.

Laura and Mark have previously announced their plans to get married, but they have yet to materialise, according to Digital Spy in 2024.
Laura explained: “Something just kept happening. Mark got a job away, then COVID happened, then I got a dog. I got pregnant. Then I got pregnant again. My stepdaughter said it’s the longest engagement in history!

“Time has made us go: ‘We don’t have to do anything lavish.’ We don’t have plans yet, but I think we will soon – we just want to be chilled now, because of the chaos of life, maybe keep the wedding small.”
Away from acting, Laura and Mark are dedicated parents to their two young children, who have both been diagnosed with Usher syndrome, which causes impairments to hearing and vision.
The couple have been open about their journey and the challenges of raising children with the condition to raise awareness and find a cure.
