Emmerdale’s Belle Dingle could be set for a shock pregnancy twist on the ITV soap

Emmerdale fans have predicted a pregnancy twist for Belle Dingle – but boyfriend Kammy Hadiq isn’t the baby’s father.

Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper) has been a staple on the ITV soap since her on-screen birth way back in 1998. And as the daughter of legends Zak (Steven Haliwell) and Lisa (Jane Cox), it didn’t take Belle long to become a firm favourite with fans.

She’s also played a part in several big storylines – from killing her best pal to a shock affair with the village doctor, Belle’s time in the Dales has not been short of drama.

Especially recently as last year, Belle was the victim of domestic abuse at the hands of her sicko husband Tom King (James Chase). Tom made her life a living nightmare for over a year by gaslighting and abusing her.

Fortunately, Belle’s ordeal came to an end when Tom was found guilty of assault and controlling and coercive behaviour and he got a three-year custodial sentence.

Earlier this year, after her divorce proceedings had been confirmed, Belle decided to dip her toe back into the world of dating so she downloaded an app. However, using Belle’s phone, a mischievous Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler) ended up swiping right on Kammy’s (Shebz Miah) profile.

Belle was humiliated at first, but she and Kammy soon struck up a friendship in the days that followed. Eventually Belle and Kammy decided to give things a go and started dating.

And this week, the pair took the next step in their relationship when Belle told Kammy she was ready to have sex with him.

And now, with Belle and Kammy’s romance blossoming, fans can’t help but think a pregnancy twist is in store for the couple. However, in typical soap fashion fans are predicting that Kammy is not the baby father.

“How long until Belle gets pregnant then?” mused one person on an Emmerdale Facebook fan page. Someone else chimed in: “I’d love that, I’m really liking Belle and Kammy together.“

A third then suggested: “Same here but I can’t see things going smoothly. Maybe a ‘who’s the daddy’ storyline?” A fourth wrote: “Probably, this is soap land after all.” Another fan penned: “That would break Kammy’s heart.”
